A young apple tree fell ill

Dear gardeners, help out.

In the fall, I planted an apple tree seedling, in the spring it took root, began to grow, young twigs with leaves came from the lower part, and a few days ago the twigs wilted and lay down to the ground.

I noticed dark reddish pimples on the trunk, many at the bottom, fewer in the middle, and again at the top a lot.

I believe that this is some kind of disease, since I planted two seedlings, a neighbor 3 meters away feels great.

What could it be? How to fight?

I would very much like to use folk methods, without different chemicals.
